Friendly staff, clean rooms. Service available 24/7, the guys in the reception and breakfast were so polite. The pool in the last floor was top. It has very nice view of the Burj Khalifa. Distance to metro is 10’ walking.|Highly recommended !

Lovely budget friendly hotel, located at Al Jaddaf Waterfront, it is a little out of the way with not much around, but it is lovely and quiet here and only a 10min drive from downtown. It is very traveler friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are lovely. The best part is the rooftop pool, excellent views of downtown Dubai.

Everything there was just PERFECT! I’ve never had better experience with hotels so far. Personal was very nice and kind, everyone treats you with the best attitude possible. Food in this hotel was also pretty nice. We’ve stayed here for 7 nights and never had the same dinner so you can try different food every day here. Also you can choose from european, american and arabic cousine. My thanks belongs to all employees in this hotel that made our days in Dubai unforgettable!

The rooms are nice and clean but the showers keep going hot and cold so you can’t have a relaxing shower. The staff and service is good, but the breakfast included was very basic. The location is pretty good as you can get a taxi most places pretty quick and it’s next to the DFC mall.

Nice lobby where I was welcomed by respectful receptionist. I parked my car in the underground parking. I paid the average cost for the room. However, the room was not in the best shape. Also, the bed sheets were not very clean. The view is good. Limited number of irons in the hotel, so you have to return it as soon as possible. The gym, out door pool and conference room are located in the roof.

It was a good experience, hotel itself, staff, breakfast and everything was up to standards apart from Dinner thing, during the booking time they charge you for the Dinner Buffet but while you checked in after 2-3 days they won't serve you …

We booked the hotel room for 2 nights and 3 days and I really enjoyed my stay in intercity hotel and the best moment is when I go out and come back to my room it was always neat and clean and the house keeping staff was very polite especially Mr Prassana was taking care of us through out our stay. Thank you intercity and house keeping staff for taking good care us. Room we stayed in was 207.
